Robert Burdo Culinary Arts Center across from the main campus. A learning environment that surpasses private culinary schools, this 22,000-square-foot facility features three commercial kitchens, a retail bakery, and a full-service restaurant that’s open to the public.
Dining Room Service Certificate: one 8-week block
Front House Operations Certificate: two 8-week blocks
Baking & Pastry Certificate: three 8-week blocks
Restaurant Management Certificate: three 8-week blocks + electives + internship
Culinary Arts Certificate: five 8-week blocks
