Career Education (CE) Tour Request Form
We offer small-group CE tours for high school students interested in pursuing careers and educational pathways in these fields. Tours may include visits to CE facilities, presentations, conversations with instructors or program representatives, and interactive activities, when available.
Tour Options
- General campus tour with an overview of CE programs
- Visits to one or more CE departments on the same campus
- Focused tour of a specific CE program
- Presentation or interactive activity with a faculty member or program representative, when available
Important Information
- Tours are subject to department capacity, class schedules, and faculty/staff availability. Some programs may not be available during typical high school hours because classes are in session.
- Each program has a maximum group size, which must be considered when scheduling.
- Schools may request multiple CE departments during one visit, but the departments must be on the same campus.
- Requests involving more than 2–3 sites/campuses must have at least 20 students. For these larger requests, a maximum of two campuses can be accommodated.
- All CE tour requests must be submitted through the School Tours Request Form. Please do not contact instructors or departments directly to arrange tours. Outreach coordinates scheduling to confirm availability, avoid conflicts, and minimize disruptions to classes and programs.
Recommended Career Assessment
Before visiting, we recommend that students complete the California Career Zone Quick Assessment.
This short assessment can help students identify career areas that match their interests and make their campus visit more meaningful.
